At Texas Sensory Events, we believe every child deserves to experience the joy of play. That’s why we create fun, sensory-friendly events designed with all abilities in mind. Whether it’s a community festival, school program, or private party, our goal is to make sure no one is left out of the fun!

As part of the Big Happy Events family, we specialize in interactive sensory stations, inclusive activities, and calming environments that promote exploration and joy through touch, sound, sight, and movement. Our events are built for kids, trusted by parents, and celebrated by communities.

What is Texas Sensory Events?

Texas Sensory Events is a mobile event service that specializes in fun, inclusive, and sensory-friendly activities for children. We create immersive sensory stations and experiences designed to delight kids of all abilities—so everyone gets to enjoy the fun!

What makes your events sensory-friendly?

Our events are designed with sensory needs in mind. We incorporate calming colors, textured materials, soothing sounds, and low-stimulation zones where appropriate. Each activity is built to engage the senses in a way that’s safe, supportive, and accessible.

What ages are your activities best suited for?

Most of our experiences are ideal for children ages 3 to 13, but we’re happy to tailor certain activities to suit older kids, teens, or even adults with sensory needs.

What types of sensory experiences or stations do you provide?

We offer a wide variety of sensory stations including tactile bins, water play, bubble machines, foam parties, and more. We can also include gross motor stations, visual sensory play, and themed activity setups.

What kinds of events do you support (schools, churches, corporate, etc.)?

We provide sensory-friendly fun for all kinds of events—school field days, church festivals, birthday parties, block parties, corporate family events, community functions, and more. If kids are involved, we’re a great fit!

Are your activities indoors, outdoors, or both?

We can do both! Many of our sensory stations are adaptable to indoor or outdoor setups.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking approximately 4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date is available—especially during peak seasons. But don’t hesitate to reach out last minute—we’ll help if we can!

Where do you provide services? Do you travel outside of the DFW area?

Our home base is on the north side of the DFW metroplex; however, for an additional mileage fee, we can service anywhere in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, or Arkansas. Contact us to see if we can bring the fun to you!

How much space do you need for your activities?

Our setups are modular and can work in spaces as small as 10x10 feet, but larger areas allow us to offer more variety. We’ll work with you to design a layout that fits your venue perfectly.

Do you require electricity or water hookups?

Most of our stations are completely self-contained. However, if you choose to add on a foam party, that would require electricity and water.  We’ll let you know what’s needed based on the stations you choose.

Can I add other fun experiences (like foam, bubbles, or snow)?

Yes! We love adding that extra WOW factor. You can include foam parties, bubble machines, or even simulated snow through our sister brand, The Foam Frog. These upgrades are a hit at any event!

I have an idea for an event — can we work together to create something new?

Absolutely! We love creativity. If you have a vision for a themed event, unique activity, or a specific sensory setup—we’re all ears and happy to help bring it to life.
